The new bending system E3 Challenger

This system opens a new perspective in the world of
automated bending of small- medium parts.
A full electric press brake powered by GE Fanuc
motors and drivers.
This technical configuration guarantees a 0,01 mm
of precision on the 4 axes movement (Y1-Y2-X-R).
Upper ram movements by means of recirculating
balls screws.
Pneumatic clamping of upper and lower tools
as standard.

construction, that provides consistent
performance with high productivity.
Magnetical, pneumatical or mechanical system
for sheet clamping personalizable according
to customer requirements.
Gravity centering device. The dimensions for this

customer requests and production.
